QUARTERLY VOTERS' MEETING & POTLUCK COMING

This  will be held following worship on Sunday, September 11.  All members are urged to attend.  Those in Mark Karamitis', Randy Weierbach's, and Tom Stanley's elder zones (last names from "H" through "Q") are asked to provide the kitchen clean-up following the dinner.

NEW BOOKKEEPER/SECRETARY FOR REDEEMER LUTHERAN – We have been able to obtain the services of Patricia Haley for this position effective at the beginning of August.  She will work on Monday and Friday mornings and also a “full day” on Tuesday.  Our current secretary/bookkeeper, Christie Wilson, will assume most of the secretarial duties and work “full days” on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  This will ordinarily keep the church office open and the phone answered on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Please give Patricia a hearty welcome to her position at Redeemer Lutheran and continue to support both her and Christie.

MEN’S MORNING

This activity is usually held on the 4th Saturday of the month.  It will resume October 24 with breakfast at 8 a.m. and Bible study following.  Bring your Bible and invite a friend!

KEENAGERS

If you're retirement age and like snacks, games, and fellowship, join us for the fun of it in Quoss Hall on the 2nd Friday of the month beginning at 6 p.m for a potluck, This month will be a little different as we host the youth group in a rousing game of Bunco.  Please bring a snack or potluck item to share.  Come join our merry crew for games  and laughter Friday, September 9, at 6:00 pm in Quoss hall.

CHOIR "NOTES"

If you like to sing and have not been involved in the past or had to drop out temporarily, now is the time to start anew.  The Lord has given us the command to "sing praise to God," and that is our joy and delight.  Reading music is not a requirement, just come, and others will help you learn the parts.  Contact Pastor if you have any questions.
