“GOD’S SUFFICIENT GRACE” is the title of the Sunday morning adult and youth Bible study based on Second Corinthians which is expected to conclude next Sunday, September 7 at 9 a.m. An important new video-based study entitled “The Great Deceiver” about the devil is expected to begin on Sunday, September 14. We urge you to join us. Sunday Morning Café treats are available at 8:30 a.m. each Sunday.
OUR FOOD PANTRY - Thank you all once again for your generous support. Our current pantry needs include crackers, peanut butter, jelly, canned tuna, canned corn, canned beans, canned tomatoes, canned mixed vegetables, pasta sides, rice sides, instant potatoes and canned fruit.
THE CLAREMORE COMMUNITY CHORUS invites anyone who loves to sing to come join us as we begin practicing on Tuesday, September 2, 2014. We will practice 6:45 - 9:00 p.m., and we will continue every Tuesday thereafter at Claremore Assembly of God Church, 2100 W. Blue Starr Drive.

THE ROGERS COUNTY FAIR - is coming this September! Sign-up sheets will be passed around during announcements for those who can take a 3 hour shift and support our booth at the Claremore Expo. A sign-up sheet will also be posted on the bulletin board. Our presence is once again funded by a Lutheran Church Extension Fund Grant. At the fair we will distribute Bibles and devotional materials, as well as Christian themed items for children. The fair is slated for September 11-13 (Thursday, Fri, Sat) and runs from 9:00 am to 10:00 p.m. each day. Our booth will be located inside the air-conditioned area of the Expo. We need at least two people for each time segment, but would welcome more. Please take a minute and sign up! Let’s Go to the Fair!
FRIENDSHIP FEAST - Redeemer Lutheran’s “Team One” will be preparing, serving, and cleaning up for the meal coming up on Monday, September 8. Your help is needed and would be welcomed. Please volunteer by contacting Mary or Val ! The “feast” is offered to individuals and families in the community each Monday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at First Christian Church (5th and Florence).
